Without prejudice to Shut the Front Door’s other rights under these terms and conditions, if you breach these terms and conditions in any way, Shut the Front Door Improv may take such action as Shut the Front Door Improv deems appropriate to deal with the breach, including suspending your access to the website, prohibiting you from accessing the website, blocking computers using your IP address from accessing the website, contacting your internet service provider to request that they block your access to the website and/or bringing court proceedings against you.

These terms and conditions, together with other documents, which may uploaded from time to time and form part of these terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and Shut the Front Door Improv in relation to your use of this website, and supersede all previous agreements in respect of your use of this website.

CONTEST RULES AND REGULATIONS

Mailing List Contest

Contest Sponsor: SHUT THE FRONT DOOR IMPROV Social Club (STFD), PO BOX 20041 BYRON, London, Ontario N6K 2K0.

 

Eligibility: Open only to Residents of Ontario, only, who have reached the age 16 years or older.  Employees, directors, troop performer and family member of STFD (independent contractors are not eligible to participate). 

 

Agreement to Official Contest Rules: By participating in the Contest, you fully and unconditionally agree to and accept the Official Contest Rules and the decisions of the SHUT THE FRONT DOOR IMPROV, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest.

 

Contest Period: The Contest begins July 7th 2016 10:00 AM EST and ends at 11:59 p.m. EST on July 29, 2016 ("Contest Period").

 

No Purchase Necessary. How To Play: Join the STFD mailing list and automatically be entered for a chance to win two (2) full season passes for all shows hosted at the London Music Club.  For the purpose of these contest rules a full season is defined as September 2016 through to May 2017.

 

Limit of one entry per person during the Contest period.

 

Prizes:

Two full season passes for all shows hosted at the London Music club.  Approximate retail value of the prize is $520.



A random drawing for each prize will be held on July 30, 2016 at 12:00pm EST. in London, Ontario from among all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. In order to be confirmed a winner, a selected entrant must correctly answer a Mathematical skill testing questions, without any assistance of any kind.  Confirmed winner must comply with the Official Contest Rules. STFD will make reasonable attempts to contact the selected entrant at the telephone number provided on the ballot entry form, failing which, the selected entrant for that prize will forfeit the prize and an alternate entrant will be randomly selected. Selected entrant must sign and return to the STFD within five (5) business days of receipt a Prize Acknowledgement Form, which includes a standard declaration of compliance with these Official Contest Rules and release form in order to be awarded the prize. Failure to sign and return the Prize Acknowledgement Form within five (5) business days of receipt will result in that selected entrant forfeiting the prize and selection of another entrant. If a selected entrant cannot be contacted or has not responded within five (5) business days of the date when the contact was first attempted or does not otherwise comply with the Official Contest Rules, the selected entrant will forfeit the prize and another entrant will be selected. The prizes will be delivered to confirmed winners within five (5) business days after the random drawing.


Prize Limitations: Prizes are not transferable or convertible to cash and must be accepted as awarded. No additions or substitutions allowed. No compensation will be provided for failure by a confirmed winner to claim or use any portion of any prize within any expiry periods applicable thereto nor if a confirmed winner fails to accept any prize as awarded. All independent contractors are excluded.

 

Chance of winning the prize will depend on the total number of eligible entries.

 

SHUT THE FRONT DOOR IMPROV reserves the right to disqualify any entrant that (1) contains or has supplied incomplete, inaccurate, inappropriate or misleading information or information/material that is otherwise non-compliant with the Official Contest Rules; or (2) is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest or is otherwise engaging in unfair, inappropriate or objectionable practices.

 

SHUT THE FRONT DOOR IMPROV will not be responsible for late, incomplete, or falsified entries and all such entries are void. SHUT THE FRONT THE DOOR IMPROV will not assume any responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information, technical malfunctions, human or technical error, delayed or garbled data or transmissions. Entries that have been tampered with or altered are void. All entries from any individual who does not comply with these Official Contest rules are null and void and that individual will not receive the prize.

 

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend the Contest and to amend the Contest without prior notice at any time and for any reason.

 

Sponsor reserves the right to use the name, city of residence, comments, likeness and/or photographs of the winner, in any advertising and publicity in relation to the Contest. The Contest is subject to all relevant laws.
