TERMS AND CONDITIONS

I understand that while attending Shut the Front Door Social Group’s ‘Open Doors Improv Camp’ I am responsible for my own behaviour and actions. I understand that this is a camp based on acceptance of all who attend. Any actions or behaviour that is contrary to that may result in my expulsion from the camp at any time.

I understand that camp counsellors or other staff members may provide rules to follow during activities and that these rules are mandatory and must be followed for the safety of others and myself. I understand any actions adverse to the rules may result in my expulsion from the Camp.

I understand and agree that I am responsible for all valuables and belongings in my care. I understand and agree that Shut the Front Door Social Group is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged belongings. I understand and agree that any cost consequences as a result are solely mine.

I understand that Stevenson Children’s Camp is granting us the space and we are representing Shut The Front Door Social Group and I shall respect my surroundings and behave with the utmost regard for the property.

I understand that ‘Open Doors Improv Camp’ is a drug free camp and any and all illegal substances shall not be consumed on the property or before attending the camp. I understand that any violation of this rule will result in an immediate expulsion from the camp, without any amount owed to me.

I understand any consumption of alcohol that may be consumed by myself, during the camp must be consumed within the rules of the camp and that I must drink responsibly. Should my behaviour, at anytime while attending the camp, pose safety issues, as determined within the sole discretion of STFD hosts, this will result in the immediate expulsion from the camp, without any amount owed to me. I understand that any violation to this rule will result in an immediate expulsion from the camp. I also understand that any conduct that may arise from my consumption of alcohol does not excuse unacceptable behaviour and may lead to my expulsion from the camp.

I agree to be wholly liable for any and all actions and/or omissions. Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, I shall be liable for any liability, financial or otherwise, or injury or damage to property caused by me whilst at the Stevenson Children’s Camp, and shall fully indemnify Shut The Front Door Social Club', their agents, contractors and/ or employees for any loss, damage, costs or expenses resulting from such liability, injury or damage.

I understand that it is my responsibility to tell Shut The Front Door Social Club prior to Camp of any issue or condition that may affect my stay at the camp. These include but are not limited to ADHD, SEN, medical, languages, disability, diet, behavioural/ social issues.

I understand that Shut the Front Door Social Club, its directors, agents, employees or contractors, shall not be liable for any delay in performing or failure to perform any obligation (including to action any alteration or cancellation) due to any case beyond our reasonable control including lock-outs, strikes, shortages of personnel, labour disputes, war, riot, act of God, civil commotion, terrorism, malicious damage, threats to safety, compliance with any law or governmental order, rule, regulation or direction, accident, environmental contamination, pandemic outbreak of disease, breakdown of plant or machinery, fire, flood, storm, difficulty or increased expense in obtaining workmen, materials, goods or raw materials in connection with the performance of this agreement. No refund will be made, except at Shut the Front Door Improv’s discretion.

I understand and agree that if at any time I must leave the camp for any reason, including expulsion, that Shut The Front Door Social Group has the right, in its sole discretion, to, and will withhold a refund.
